How long will it take to get my order?
We typically ship orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 5-7 business days. Keep an eye on your email for tracking info!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to select countries. International shipping times vary, but typically take 10-14 business days after shipping.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can help! Contact us ASAP at support@drsquatchsoap.com, and we’ll do our best to catch it before it goes out.
Product Questions
How long does a bar of soap last?
With proper care, one bar typically lasts 2-3 weeks with daily use. Keep it dry between uses (use our soap saver) to extend its life!
Are your products really natural?
Absolutely! We don’t use harsh chemicals like SLS, parabens, or synthetic detergents. Our products are made with plant-derived ingredients, essential oils, and natural exfoliants.
I have sensitive skin. Which products should I try?
Start with our Aloe Bar or Fresh Falls soap – they’re gentler and perfect for sensitive skin. If you have specific concerns, drop us an email, and we can make personalized recommendations.
What’s with the “grit” levels in your soaps?
Our soaps come in different grit levels:
- Zero grit: Smooth, no exfoliation
- Light grit: Mild exfoliation
- Medium grit: Balanced exfoliation
- Heavy grit: Maximum exfoliation (like our Pine Tar soap)

Subscriptions
How does the Squatch Subscription work?
You pick your products, set your delivery frequency (every 2, 3, or 4 months), and we’ll ship them automatically. You’ll save money on each order, and there’s no commitment – modify or cancel anytime.
How do I change or pause my subscription?
Log into your account on drsquatchsoap.com, go to “My Subscriptions,” and you can easily make changes or pause deliveries.
Do subscribers get any perks?
Yes! Besides saving on every order, subscribers get early access to new products, exclusive offers, and free gifts occasionally.
Returns & Refunds
What’s your return policy?
Not happy with your purchase? Let us know within 30 days, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Do I need to send back items I want to return?
For most issues, we don’t require you to ship anything back – just let us know what went wrong by emailing support@drsquatchsoap.com.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once approved, refunds typically take 3-5 business days to show up in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
